士多啤梨乳酪雪糕 Strawberry Ice-cream

士多啤梨乳酪雪糕


相信大家都一定有食過雪糕,不過各位有否想過自己可以親自製作雪糕呢?
以下就是一個很簡單的雪糕製作方法:



材料:

  • 蜜糖2茶匙

  • 糖霜1湯匙半

  • 蛋白2個

  • 鮮檸檬汁2湯匙

  • 士多啤梨125克

  • 雲呢拿香油1/2茶匙

  • 士多啤梨乳酪500毫升

做法:

  1. 將士多啤梨乳酪、雲呢拿香油及蜜糖拌勻,置雪柜中冷藏一小時。

  2. 士多啤梨浸洗乾淨、去蒂及切開,置攪拌機中攪成茸,混合鮮檸汁及糖霜以慢火煮五分鐘及放涼。

  3. 將 (1) 及 (2) 的材料混合,冷藏一小時待用。

  4. 蛋白拂至企身,拌入 (3) 材料,冷藏至凝固成雪糕即成。

貼士:

  • 想雪糕更有口感,可將士多啤梨切幼粒而不攪成茸。

  • 蛋白必須拂至企身,完成的雪糕才有更佳效果。

Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp honey

  • 1 & 1/2 tbsp icing sugar

  • 2 egg whilte

  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • 125g strawberry

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence

  • 500 ml strawberry yogurt

Method:

  1. Mix the strawberry yogurt, vanilla essence & honey. Put into the fridge for 1 hour.

  2. Wash the strawberries & remove the stem. Blend the strawberries into paste. Then, mix with lemon juice & icing sugar & boil for 5 mins. Cool down.

  3. Mix the ingredient (1) & (2) & put into the fridge for 1 hour.

  4. Blend the egg white to firm. Then add into the ingredient (3). Put into the fridge until it is firm & become ice-cream.

Tips:

  • For better texture, strawberries can be cut into small cube instead of blend into paste.

  • Blending of egg white is very critical, ensure it is firm enough.
